I have asked the latin community... the answers were mostly negative. Is it really that wrong?

I am not Latin, but I see nothing wrong with it. In fact, I live in Mexico, and the Mexican army has both women and men.

just like any other female in the military if thats their choice...you have a mind of your own if it is what you feel the need to do then do it i know alot of latin people in the military

It doesnt matter to me what race or religion you are. I trained with a few latin females and they were just as good soldiers as everyone else.

i think the same as i think of all races in the military... there hella crazy.
i don't think i would volunteer to fight the useless and endless war in Iraq.
