My coach wants me to get a six pack, but nothing is working, i am even putting on more belly flab help?

how long have you been doing gymnastics? when i was doing it when i was 8 i had my six pack in just a couple of months, but genetics or age might be making it more difficult for you. I am dealing with the same problem same age as you too but i do karate instead and I'm trying to work on my abs for XMA. but good luck.

Some people have a genetic predisposition to six-packs, and some people are just unable to get them no matter how much they exercise. You may be in the latter category.

lower your bf by doing cardio exercises like running, and eating right. also do some ab exersizes, but they are just a part.

you should try stretching your body to the right an your bottom half to the left. it will stretch out your stomach muscles

well you can do Pilate's it focuses on the belly
