Hey! okay, I am about 5'0 or 5'1 and weigh about 110. i know that seems like nothing, but i really need to weigh about 95-100 lbs.

Does anyone have an easy and quick way i can get down to that weight by about end of febuary? I know that its totally reasonable to lose that in about 2 months, but i want to make sure that it happens and stays off.

I'm a cheerleader and a flyer (the one they put up in the air) and its really competitive and there is another flyer who is the same size as me but lighter. i have more skills than her but they let her do more stunts cause she is lighter, so i REALLY need to lose this weight so i can beat her out come try outs at the end of febuary/beg. of march.

i know that sounds crazy, but if you were a flyer you would understand when your bases tell you that you are heavy and stuff.

I know that i have a little extra fat on me, so i KNOW that it is safe to lose the weight.

Thanks sooo much guys!!

Frankly, I am surprised they are flying the lighter girl if she isn't as skilled as you are. Are you squeezing as tight as you can? I have known 130lb flyers who felt lighter than 110lb ones all because the larger girl stayed tight and the smaller did not

Worry less about losing weight and more about talking to your coach and asking him/her why you are flying less.

It seems like you already exercises quite a bit being a flyer and all. Therefore I would recommend watching what you eat. Not sure if any or all of these apply to you but just common sense. Such as:
Stop drinking soda/juices (adds extra calories you don't need), drink tons of water, stop eating junk food, limit your carbs, eat more protein (but avoid processed meats, like sandwich meats), eat 6 small meals a day (will increase metabolism), and burn more calories than you consume. But have 1 cheat day (meaning you can pretty much eat whatever within moderation if that makes sense).
Good luck and I'm sure you'll loose the weight in time for the try outs.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!
