Then there would be no fun of watching the plotting by Wiley. Nor would he be bound in bandages or have a flattened head or a pushed in nose, or walking with a crutch from getting hurt or maimed. We would miss out on all of the funny mishaps for sure, if he ever gave up the chase, from either catching the Roadrunner, or not finding him somehow. No, I don't think that Wiley will ever catch the Roadrunner. As Wiley has proven, he's not the smartest coyote around.

Well IF the coyote caught the bird he would tear him up. You should see what they can do to a trash bin!
But......The coyote will not be able to catch the Roadrunner becasue roadrunners are faster than coyotes Coyotes are more sharp than fast.
Coyotes are also apprehensive about crossing the road. They stop and look both ways, by then the roadrunner would be long gone!
This is why they are called roadrunners.
Hope this shed's some light on it.

I think coyote would keep him in a cage for another 360 days and then set the oven to 190 deg C, prepare some sage and onion stuffing, ram it up beep beep's "cavity", and roast him with some parsnips. He'd then serve beep beep with red wine gravy and buttered sprouts. His esteemed guest would of course be Tom, out of Tom and Jerry. Jerry would be pudding.

That's funny Johny P. But I Roadrunner will escape and once more Roadrunner will be shocked when roadrunner says BEEP BEEP and he will bump while roadrunner escapes.

I think he'd blow up. Cause it would blow his mind to know that he had his paws around that darn bird he's been trying to get for the last 40 some-odd years.
