i forgot my usb cable at home ?

No. But any USB <-> miniB cable will do the trick.

Well, you definately need a USB cable to charge it, but the USB cable is just a generic USB to Mini-USB cable. You can probably find one wherever you are it,

people use it to charge cell phones, hook up devices, and stuff.

the cable isn't specific to the controller. Just find a mini-usb to usb cable
