No, a mother bares a child in the womb and the child is an infant when born. According to the Bible, Eve came from a rib, not a womb; she was also molded into a full-grown woman, rather than an infant.

The story of Adam and Eve is just that. A story. Don't tie your brain in knots worrying about it. There are a million reasons why it could never have happened already without trying to figure out who was the mother to who.
