Chances are if you have to ask, your not even ready for a "relationship"....try being friends see how it goes. If there is anything there it will surface. Don't rush it, don't force it. Just enjoy the whole journey...each day holds its own.

if you really like this girl, why dont you ask her out to a movie or something and see how that goes, and then mayne you could ask her if she likes you, because you really like her too, and tell her that she means a lot to you.

you can't really tell. if she is really comfortable around you and views you as someone who could be more than a friend, i guess she's ready. also, if she tells you, you'll KNOW she's ready. if she tells you nothing, maybe you could ask her? questions make you smarter!
