Ok, so I am redoing my room to make it less babyish. I am 13 and I have TV like this.

Its the same kind I have and everything. So I think it is a bit boring, so I like to spice it up and add things. When I went into 5th grade I added a bunch of stickers that said things like "Your a star" and "Its a girl thing!". They got really annoying so I took those off and I need something else, that looks cute, and hopefully I could find around my house. Can you give me any ideas?

LOL, I'm decades older than you and I decoupaged my tv and my computer monitor! I agree with the other answer of using Mod Podge to adhere pretty much anything to anything.

Do be careful (I know you will but I have to say it anyway, it's a mom-thing), unplug it while you work.

Cut up magazines, or better yet, TEAR them, it leaves a softer edge that kind of melds together when glued with other torn edge papers. Go with a theme if you want, Roses, Leaves, make your own words and phrases like a Ransom Note style! You can do it random, or tear strips and glue side by side (or an ever-so-slight overlap) and make kind of a "stripey" look.

Brush the Mod Podge (got a Michael's nearby?) on the area you will place the paper - do a small area at a time - then place the paper and Mod Podge over it. Sort of like a sandwich of glue, paper and glue again.

Congratulations - you'll have a blast with this!

ooh, another thought: mosaic or assemblage using old game pieces, bits of old toys, anything 3d and glue to the TV. Two ways to go with this: you can glue them As-is, or you could paint them all one color, that's be cool, too. :D

Remember not to use anything that will ruin a game or toy that your family currently plays with, that'd be no fun.

You could go to the craft shop and get some of those butterflies made out of feathers that they use as wedding decorations and stick different coloured ones around the front? Or you could get some of those fairy lights that are shaped like different things - chillies, lady-bugs etc and drape some of those around it. Or a pink or white feather bower would look pretty cool too.

Yeah thats a great idea, I love doing that stuff :)

I think you should just stick stuff everywhere, make it look colourful and bright!

You could get some fashion stickers and girly colours and stuff and just use those to decorate your t.v with them.

hope that helped
good luck

mod podge - it's awesome! put anything you like on the tv and paint mod podge over it. it goes on white and dries clear. you can buy it for about a buck at any craft store.

go to a wallpaper store and buy some Border wallpaper and trim it with a cute, but not too baby, border.
