G'day! Heard that antibiotics shouldn't be taken at least 2hrs after consuming milk,however my glucosomine pills really resemble the antibiotics (capsule), not sure should i do likewise by having a time gap between these 2? thank you :)

It doesnt really matter what it looks like, that usually has nothing to do with what is actually inside the pill. I dont think ther is a problem with taking glucosamine with milk, there is no proof either way because natural products are tested the same way prescription drugs are. By the way, there a lot of medicines that are taken with food or milk, thats usually so it does not irritate the stomach.

Follow the label directions because each brand is slightly different. Mine says take them with food, and drink a whole glass of water. Milk isn't mentioned. I think the appearance is a co-incidence.
