Take it from an advice giver, the only time your assured that someone is going to listen is when they "breck" are better to say, when they throw their hands up and give in. Its the hardest time before that, and after that. When it IS most needed. But its really not even that simple, people can hide the "breck" people can hide what they need the advice about. Truthfully told, it has and always well come down to weather there at a point to be completely honest about themselves are not. That typically gauges the effectiveness of the advice.
