I mean from the parents to the siblings. Mother-in-law, Father-in-law, Sister-in-law, Brother-in-law. Why or why not? What do you do to deal with them when your spouse is very, very close with them but you see right through them?

Your in-laws are family. You do not have to agree with everything they say or do, but you do have to be cordial and set boundaries, like any relationship. Don't analyze everything they say or do, to deep, or you will drive yourself crazy. Communication with your spouse is very important. That is what makes a good marriage!

Hell to the NO!! My mother in-law is ALWAYS right even when she is so wrong. She butts into our business and inserts her opinion when it is not wanted. If my husband doesn't do what she wants, she whines and complains until he gives in. I see her as spoiled and self centered. She pays no attention to our kids and criticizes everything we do for our children. Including Christmas this year. She tried to tell us what to get them for Christmas and b****ed about what we did get them.

Sorry. I guess I am still a little angry with her and my husband for allowing this to go on for 13 years.

I can't stand any of them except for the FIL.
MIL, SIL, and BIL have all treated hubby horribly his entire life. Even abusing him! They continually expect him to be the quiet little whipping boy. They hate it since he's been with me he's learned to speak up for himself and not take their b.s. He has a spine and a voice now and they hate that.

I love my in-laws. The whole family. They're just like my own blood family. Sometimes I need to remind myself that they're not biologically related.

Yes, all of them as they were very caring and helpful like my own family.

Just have to look at them like your own sibling and parent and there wont be any problem

No I don't. My advice to you is to make sure that your husband has made YOU his first priority. If he expects you to "play along" in their game, you are in for alot of heart ache. The marriage comes first.
