No, it doesn't. Being spiritual is not conducive to age. I know some who are very spiritual and very knowledgeable about God who are younger than me. I also know a lot of people older than me that aren't very spiritual nor knowledgeable.
This concept of older is always wiser is one that has been around for thousands of years. Timothy was young and Paul encouraged him by telling him not to let his age affect his ministry. "Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity." (1 Timothy 4:12)
Jesus was 12 when he was teaching the priests and scribes in the temple and they were amazed. "After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions. everyone who heard him was amazed at his understanding and his answers." (Luke 2:46,47)

Tomorrow you will become wiser and tomorrow you will be older. So you "no sayers" just contradict yourself. Wisdom only comes with the accumulation of experience. Sorry if you don't like the answer but please do not confuse wisdom with being insightful etc.

Spirituality is a different story as it does not differentiate between wisdom. So you can more or less spiritual at any age. At any rate I will always seek out the old wise sage over any other.

It depends how big or small is the age difference between the two persons is.

Between a 25 years old and 50 years old, certainly 50 years persons will be able to develop his spirituality because of their interests in life appropriate to their ages.

If a younger one is 40, and older one is 60 or higher, then the age gap wouldn't matter and in this case 40 years old can be more spiritual if he is more serious and has more
religious knowledge.

Also if both persons have only basic religious knowledge of their religion, live in same community, then older could be more spiritual if he spends more time in religious practices and his experience being older can help him develop extra spirituality.

Based on these variations between the life styles of two peson and their level of knowledge, there can't be definite
correct answer of your UNCLEAR question as to which
person will be more spiritual.

I think that, in general, the "with age comes wisdom" applies only to those who are not predisposed to narrow-mindedness, to begin with.

If we consider the way children "age," learning social structures and self-awareness through play, it becomes obvious that some children do acquire wisdom as time goes on, while others tend to latch onto concepts that don't always lead to a wise point of view, such as quickness to blame others or circumstances, searching for scapegoats, and other routines that help them avoid a certain sense of self-awareness of their own faults - faults that they can correct. And this might be a form of "wisdom," to an extent.

As for spiritual, I think that's different than wisdom, because it depends on faith. But, I do think that children who are grounded in a faith will use their free will to examine that faith, and perhaps others, as they grow. That doesn't mean they'll accept it, however.

No, just more experienced. There is a difference between knowlage and wisdom.

As for spirituality, it depends on the age. If say someone believes in an afterlife, I think the closer they are to finding out, ie the older they are, the dearer they hold thier spirituality

Absolutely not necessarily. The older should be wiser but if that person has lived a foolish life, he/she will probably just end up an old fool.
The Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, according to the Bible. The younger one gets that concept, the wiser and more spiritual they'll be.

I think it can.

Older people have been banged around a bit. They are often less arrogant than the young, having realized that their egos are bigger than their talent. Some older people have endured difficulties and disappoitments that younger people cannot even imagine.

To die to oneself is the watchword of the spiritual person. As we age -- and our outward beauty, wealth and talents diminish -- we realize that there is more to us than can be seen from the outside. We also realize that we are not the center of the universe. That realization allows us to recall who the Center really is.

On the other hand, some old people are mean, stingy and stupid. Can't win 'em all.

No, I definitely do not believe that.
There are older men who are alcoholics and gamble. They are older than me, but does that make them wiser? No.
Martin Luther King Jr. and Jesus Christ were young when they started teaching but what they taught was wiser than older people who wanted them to be persecuted.

Wiser: Maybe
More spiritual: No. I was much more spiritual 5 years ago. I'll never be able to regain that feeling.
