We would know how He speaks and dictates to our individual conscience. We may not have the account of creation, flood, founding of Israel etc.......we may not even name Him, but I think we could definitely know Him without trying to "explain" Him.
I think there are many who have never heard the gospel who still appeal to him, throughout history many cultures probably did this.
We tend to limit God according to our concepts of Him.

Everything we need to know, courtesy of sacred church Tradition and the Holy Spirit, just as we do now.
The authentic church operated for some 400 years before the Bible even existed ... and even without the Bible, the church managed to convert both the Roman emperor, as well as most of the Roman empire.
Jesus promised that the Holy Spirit would bring to mind everything that the apostles would need to know, in order to accomplish their work, and that certainly happened at Pentecost ... no Bible necessary.
Jesus also promised that the Holy Spirit would remain the constant guide, advocate, and protector of the church, until the end of time.
Jesus never even mentioned the Bible, which is solely a product of church Tradition ... while Tradition itself is the way the Holy Spirit guides the authentic church, from age to age.

The teaching of the bible is the road block to human potential
if everyone can just toss religion aside and concentrate on making it better, instead of just sitting there and praying for a better future
But I understand why religion is needed a lot of people don't know how to their live without a religion. those are the weak people

You'd just believe in some other god that existed before the christian god concept was created. There are thousands of them that were thoroughly documented, whom are much older than the bible god.

We would still know alot because we have the Holy Spirit here on earth and He is the one that reveals the truth about Jesus to everyone. "The Holy Spirit will teach you all things"
