Is that bad, cause I just went to ebay and bought alot of stuff and sent it to a vacant house on the northside of huey, Wisconsin. It was just a ps3 and three 60 inch flat screens and a couple of blackberry and ipods and about three or more high tech gaming computers and some expensive clothes and cologne, and you know, misc. stuff all totaling 20 grand

Since you posted this Q on Yahoo Canada, per Canadian Law:

Criminal Code of Canada S.403 Personation with intent - 10 years in jail, S.322 Theft- 10 years, S.354 Possession of property obtained by crime - 10 years.

Per US Law:
US Code 18 2315. Sale or receipt of stolen goods, securities, moneys, or fraudulent State tax stamps -10 years, Sec. 1028. Fraud and related activity in connection with identification documents, authentication features, and information - 5 years

Of course it is wrong to use anyone's credit card without permission. however, it is unlikely that the credit company processed such a large charge without contacting the owner of the card to make sure the charge was approved.
