You could say something like "I can't imagine why you would ask that!"

It's amazing how nervy some people can be. I know the nosiest , rudest person on earth and she always ask personal questions at the wrong time. I now answer her with a" why do you want to know?" This woman doesn't even know me that well. So I don't feel I need to be kind to her.

Generalize it and say, if it was in regards to sex, that you're "too modest" to gossip about such things.
Say it confidently. Not everyone needs to run around talking about ******* everything else - just say you're one of the few that are trusting or something.

if i am serious about the person then i dont lie and answer --- if its not serious then i dont care and answer truthfully ---- enjoy
