Of course Joseph had itmacy with his wife. Read Matthew 1:18-24. This explains it better. This is from the New International Version. This bible is easy to read. If you have any questions just ask. Mary and Joseph were already pledged to be married but since Joseph was a righteous man he did not want to embarass her publicly. As the other have said, Jesus siblings.

Joseph and Mary the Bible says were "together" after Jesus' birth.Since she became pregnant when they were espoused. Not only did they have sex. But the Bible lists 4 other sons specifically by name. The next verse says Jesus' sisters. So, Mary/Joseph had @ least 7 children total.

Joseph and Mary did have sex after Jesus was born. At the time
Mary was a virgin, and that's why God chose Mary to carry his son. But after that Joseph and Mary had kids. That's what the bible says

"Then Joseph, being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife: And he knew her not till she brought forth her firstborn son, and he called his name Jesus." Matt. 1:24 & 25

The word 'till' draws attention to the fact that after Christ's birth, Joseph and Mary entered into the full physical union commonly associated with marriage. We are told that Jesus had brothers and sisters (Matt.12:46 -47; Mark 3:31 -32, 6:3; Luke 8:19 -20)

Mat 1:24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:
Mat 1:25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name JESUS.

"knew her not" it in reference to sex and he did and it says after Jesus was born about 2 months after as the time of purification is of a woman after childbirth...

and the Bible also talks of his half/brothers and sisters too, not knowing that he was the Christ..

Mat 13:55 Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?
Mat 13:56 And his sisters, are they not all with us?

as far as before they where engaged to te married and from there he took as wife in all but that untill....

They had sex just not til after Jesus was born, supposedly.

The bible does talk about other children and brothers/sisters of Jesus. So they must have done the deed at some point.

there are some recommendations to this. listed below are some. a million. Mary develop into David's descendant, no longer Joseph. 2. Joseph develop into David's descendant and Jesus develop into Joseph's son by employing adoption, subsequently qualifying him to be king. 3. it is not substantial no remember if he develop into king or no longer on the grounds this is absolute rubbish. what concerns is what he DID.

And Mary knew not Joseph UNTIL she gave birth to Jesus.
Does that sound like the Bible says Mary and Joseph never had sex?

Who said joseph never had sex with mary. He abstained while she was pregnant with Jesus. How do you thinkJesus got brothers?

I think there is a common misconception that Jesus was born of a virgin.

The texts actually say Mary was born through immaculate conception.

Joseph very probably had sex with his wife, but Jesus was God's baby.

I'm an atheist by the way, but I've heard this from a few sources - that people often make this false assumption.
