wow! how much damage are you looking to do to your body.first, the idea is just stupid. second, tongue rings will just damage your teeth and coul be damaging to your tongue as well. i had my tongue pierced for several years and it has done a bit of damage to my teeth. its not worth it.

whether you're asking to pierce your tongue yourself or give yourself a frenectomy... the answer is obviously "NO"
Cutting and stabbing yourself at home in the bathroom is not a wise idea. I think you should evaluate the reasons you want your tongue pierced... chances are it's not that important

No, don't do it. It isn't safe. It's best to have someone who knows what they're doing, and since you don't have that - or the insurance needed to back you up - it wouldn't be a very smart thing to do.
Whoever gave you the idea of doing it yourself is stupid.
