Zephaniah is a good name I suppose. There are other names though that come from the bible such as David, Luke, Seth, Peter, John, Andrew,
Jonathan, Nathaniel, Jacob, Stephen, and such. I would suggest reading the scriptures and then seek advise such books on names.

OUCH, why would you want to saddle your child with a name like that...he wouldn't learn to spell it or even pronounce it until he was 10...LOL. Why not Joshua, Micah, Issac, Matthew, or John if you want biblical...if you want to be more unusual but still give you kid a shot at being able to say his own name, how about Boaz?

Samson. A cool name and he was a cool character. Read Judges chapters 13-16 if you're interested who he was.

you're going to be torchering your child if you name them that. I have nothing negative to say about the bible. But my friends nephews are named seth (not so sure if that's in the bible actually.) jonah and luke. they're all equally adorable and when i hear their names i don't automatically think of the bible but they still have the meaning.

Outdated, like the bible it self. Go with the nicer ones if you have to. Nathaniel is one of my favorite names personally.

I have no problem with you naming your child any of those. I guess Paul or Stephen or Luke is too plain for you huh?

I've always been partial to Methuselah. You could call him Meth for short.
