When I was with my boyfriend, we, well, exchanged videos... I think you know what I mean.
At the time I was 15 and he was 18. Now at this time I wanted to breakup and have no contact whatsoever. However when I menchione the no contact part, he gets angry and threatans to send my mom the videos. I don't know what to do. Should I do it anyway? I KNOW that he is blackmailing me, but really- it's just awful. I've been so upset. Please can someone help me know what to do? If he DID send them could he be put to jail or something? Any answers apreciated, thank you. BTW I am now 16 1/2.

I think you should tell your mom fast about what happened when you were fifteen. At least then she would know straight up from you and not when some guy just dropped the videos in her lap. Plus, she will know more about the laws and things that may help you in your case against this guy. He's obviously controlling and dangerous and the fact that he accepts child porn doesn't say anything good about him. Your mom can help protect you from this loser. Moms don't always react how you expect them to. She may be pissed at first but she will calm down and in the end you are still her baby that she will go through any length to protect. I found out I was pregnant at 16. I thought my parents would flip on me. Yeah, mom was disappointed but she knew so much and helped me so much through it all that I am so glad I didn't try to do it my own. So, don't try and do this alone!!! Good luck!!!

He is being a bully and it is a very cowardly thing to do. At the time you did the videos he was 18 so he could be held accountable for a sexual offense against you in some places. You might mention this to him and see what his reaction is. Honestly don't know whether he would follow through with his threat or not. You may just have to take a chance.

Correct me if Im wrong but 16 is the legal age of consent if you were underage you could have him jailed on statutory rape charges if he does send them to your mom you could sue him for a number of things I would contact a lawyer

Having sex with you and taping you at 15 was statutory rape. If you tell you mom (I know, that sucks) he won't have anything to threaten you with and you'll be holding all the cards. The guy's an adult creep and you're still under age. Tell him you'll call the cops AND tell your mother.

Well, tell your mother. No one deserves to be black mailed. So lay it out. It's better for her to here it from you, then to just receive that tape one day. And yes, he can get into alot of trouble for even threatning you about it. Show him your not going to take his crap. What a jerk that guy is.

these videos are child porn under the law and as such he could go to jail, if he wont give them back, then you could call the police

WOW! um yea okay. that might be against the law like distribution of child pornography so you should look at your local laws online to see.
