There is a boy who lives in my neighborhood. He is very charming and nice. But the problem is that he is about 11 and I am 16. What should I do?

omggg you are not serious...boys are naturally childish and you want to actually go for a child!! you should be going for boys older that you not younger!!

Your 16 ! forget about guys ! Especially 11 year olds! The whole "age ain't nothing but a number" line, cannot be used until you are old enough to understand when it's ok, and just plain disgusting. At 16 you should be focused on other things. Like school. If you are in need of a "boy" friend, keep them around your age group.

If every boy you met was charming and nice, you'd be in a world of hurt, little girl.
Anyways... five years isn't so much of an age difference when you grow older, if you still want to keep in contact with him.

Steer clear.....you could be classed as a child molestor if you aproach him.Its very indecent to be attracted to an 11 year old boy and not natural.Try to look for boys nearer your own age.If not, you will be getting yourself into a lot of trouble a nice young person like you does not need.

In some states you could land in jail if you were to persue you interest in an 11 year old. My suggestion is to find someone of your same age bracket 15-17 to date.

Stay friends with him.. dont take it any further.. you would have to wait at least 5 years before he is even legal.. your crush would have long faded by then. Just keep your distance with him. See him as more of a little brother.
