Is he trying to urinate frequently? A male cat that cannot urinate--he is "blocked" will feel like he has a tennis ball in his abdomen. He'll feel really sick and cry trying to urinate but little if anything comes out. This is a serious emergency and is very life-threatening.

If he is urinating fine (you've seen him go a large puddle in the last 12 hours) and is happy, active, etc., then you might just be feeling an organ or full intestines. If in doubt, have your vet check!

It could be a number of things. You don't need to be pushing too hard on the cat's abdomen though because you do not want to cause any damage.
Take the cat to the vet so the lump can be checked.

Tke him to a vet to get an ultrasound. It is most likely just a cyst, but in case it turns out to be a tumor, you need to act quickly, so it can be treated early.
Good luck.

He has a Tumor more than likely. Does it feel like it's just under the skin? Then it probably is. Good luck.

Maybe it's a tumor? Is he eating and having regular litterbox activity? If not, it's serious. I'd get him to a vet if you're worried.

It sounds like a tumor to me. He should be examined by a vet as soon as you can get him there.

Of course he could have swallowed a foreign object. In any event you should have a vet check him right away.
