Oh Bethany just do it. haha , seriously the first phase goes by really fast and it's for your own good you'll learn what foods affect your weight fastest when you come off the first 2 weeks.
we have had NO problem eating on the first 2 weeks you just gotta be creative and do things that your kids will like, too. like fajitas, but you dont' eat the tortilla. portabello pizzas are delicious and your kids will probably like the mushrooms when they are baked that way. there really are a lot of options, we did not follow the menu at all because we can't afford a lot of steak and fish we just were very creative with chicken and the ingredients allowed within the first 2 weeks.
i want to do it soooo bad because shem lost 13 pounds the first 2 weeks and my parents both lost around 10 pounds and they've ALL kept it off. i'm really getting tired of feeling so fat! haha!
good luck, but I really think you can do the south beach, and I'm a girl who's dieted a lot. it's the easiest and best one i've found because it's so healthy for you and initially it wasn't made to be a weight loss diet it was made to help cardio patients get healthy for their hearts sake! that's pretty convincing to me! :)

I personally have lost nearly 30 lbs by using Herbalife products 9 years ago. I still maintain my ideal weight, even after giving birth to two children (7, 4). I was taking Herbalife products during my pregnancy as well for nutritional support.
