No it doesnt; not at all. Dont worry, I got mine taken out when i was three, but my friend got hers out just last week. Her voice has NO difference. If anything, it sounds better. Luck!

no i dont think so, removing the tonsils doent effect your voice at all. So dont worry and if u r really suffering from tonsillities then it will be better to remove them, but one more thing i want to say u that if u r suffering from this situation since long then u should go for complete body checkup cause tonsillitis is the indication that there is something wrong in ur body.. best of luck

Yes, your voice will generally be a bit higher. The voice you and others are hearing now is NOT yoru "real" voice, but a reasonable facsimile of it.
And if you're a guy, don't worry about the voice change. You will get a manly voice when you pubertize. ;-)

I don't think so, I got pretty much my everything out, I got the works. But I don't think it changes much, besides a slight chance is completely worth not being on meds all the f-ing time.

No, but removing adnoids may. Sometimes dr.s remove both at the same time, check with them.

i have had my tonsils out and it certainly does not effect your voice, and the reason for this is it that your tonsils are not attatched to you voice box

It shouldn't. Removing your tonsils doesn't affect your vocal folds.
