lean meats, dairy (for example quality yogurts, cottage cheese), eggs, protein bars and protein drinks. These are the best quality proteins because the made from complete chain of amino acids (amino acids =the chemical building blocks of protein). Plant sources of protein include nuts, beans, seed and other veg but these are not the best because they are NOT formed from complete chains of amino acids so will help as a top up rather than as a main source. Tomato Juice however is a VERY VERY LOW protein source (next to nothing if not nothing at all)

Protein is consumed in meats, eggs, milk, legumes etc. The majority of fruits and vegetables have low quantities of protein, so tomato juice is not a good source.

Tomatoe juice is a horriable source of protein.
The best source of protein is lean meats
ex. TUNA, skinless boneless chicken, etc.
Also dairy prodcust have a sufficient amount of protien, but meats are the best source.

Uhhm, Check your spelling bro, and tomato juice wont help you get the protein you need, try protein shakes or do it naturally with Baked potatos, Veggies, rice, penut butter and stuff like that.
