the receptors to there brain arent exactly at there shapest when some has been doing drugs, you can also say they have been numbed. pot is also known as a feel good drug, it makes people feel care free, and when you feel care free your happy, and when your happy you laugh. people who do pot and other drugs are probably suffering from troubles in there everyday life, which compels them to find something that it temporary give them the high they want. which is never the answer.

I don't think this is true for everyone. Depends on what mental state you are in and the expectation the person holds about what will happen when they smoke MariJ. I agree with the above-it alters your perception of things.
