An example would be someone that the Mythbusters or Smash Lab call to do controlled demolition and explosions. Also, what type of companies would someone like this work for? Thanks for your responses!

Demolition expert is one term, in the AF we called EOD or Explosive Ordinance Disposal, when we had to blow up things or make sure that things didn't blow up and harm people. I don't think that the guys on Myth Busters count though, as they are just plain nuts, funny, but nuts.

In the Air Force, that would fall under EOD, Explosive Ordinance Disposal. And you could work for construction companies, or de-construction companies. Quarry's and mines would be cool too.

People might find this site interesting, unless they are a 9-11 conspiracy theorists, in which case they'd have to put their fingers in their ears and go LALALALALALA while the world experts here tell them why 9-11 was not a controlled demolition.

The people Mythbusters use are FBI or Police demolition experts (bomb squad types).
