Ok girl all u got to do is sit-ups 250 a day twicce a day it should work I am trying it. But u know I only do 150 sit-ups then 100 half ppush ups and dont eat after 7 Pm also stop drinking soda.

Try to get equal amounts of you vitamins
For example try to get Vitamin C naturally by eating an orange or a tangerine, if you don't have any, go with Orange Juice (Get the pulp brand its MUCH healthier)
To get your Proteins try eating any meat besides Beef or anything Fried. Tuna and Chicken are good examples.
Vitamin D and Pottasium are very essentail for Bone and Muscle Growth and can help the muscles tone up after a workout- These can be found in Bannanas, Dark Cabbage, Milk, Broccolli
Fiber is a very good way to lose weight although I reccomend exercise as well. Try to get 10-15 grams of Fiber daily, replace your bread with Whole grain bread, eat cauliflower or broccolli, and basically eat any dark green vegetable.
As for the workout routine, try to do 30-45 minutes of Cardio (running or jogging),
Yoga is a good way to help relieve stress and maintain oxygen levels to help enhance a workout
Try doing Muscular Fitnesses cause Muscle Burns fat, try Sit-ups or Pushups as these can be done manually without a gym member ship or a machine.
NO PILLS
Achieve weight lose the right and healthy way through exercise and Diet. No sweets or Candies and try to get in 1 gallon of water everyday to flush your system of toxins..Happy Holidays.

It is scientificly proven that the sense of hunger is identical to the sense of thirst! Evrytime you assume you are hungry you might not be hungry at all you could only be thirsty!
I once put myself on an extreme strict diet but it didn't really feel like one because it made perfect sense while i was doing it!
Just like 75% of the planet that we live on happens to be water(H20) so is our body supposed to be 75% water(H2O) if you want to look young and healthy for a lifetime!!! And that explains perfectly why 65% of Americans are overweight or obese because after all if you are fat then how could you possibly be hungry that makes no sense! But like I said before it is Scientificly proven the the sense of hunger is identical to the sense of thirst! BUT people don't know it or realize it so they assume they are hungry and simply continue eating!
When I weighted 300 pounds I decided to do an experiment upon my self! I locked myself from eating food for 6 days and drink nothing but water! On day one i decided to drink a glass of water every 3 hours and i lost a pound. Day Two I decided to drink a glass of water every 2 hours and a half and lost two punds. Day3 every two hours and lost 6 pounds, Day4 every hour and a half and lost 9 pounds. Day 5 every single hour with glass of water and on that day lost 11 pounds and on DAY 6 I still drank a glass of water every single hour but i lost 15 pounds.
Other then just losing so much weight in 6 days what i was really surprised about is the fact that i didn't go to bathroom more then 3 times a day even when i started drinking water every single hour during the last days! That scientifcly proves how DEHYDRATED MY BODY MUST HAVE BEEN WHEN I WAS TOO FAT!!! and now it isn't since i drank lots of water(H20 = Hydrogen=2 keep you HYDRATED, Oxygen=1)

Everyone wants something for nothing, and it just isn't going to happen. In two weeks it is doubtful you can make much change, but crunches will help to flatten it. You have to work at it, adding reps each week. Search for "ab exercise" to find a website that describes the proper way to do them. Shoot for a two month timeline to see a difference.
