The majority of people do not even understand the true concept of pressure points. the best thing you can do is to find a dim mak school in your area. maybe even ask your Karate instructors if they are familiar with pressure points. some people consider reflexoligy points to be pressure points. there are charts that you can get at just about any martial arts supply store, but I would not suggest trying to use it without some sort of instruction on what you are doing it is possible to accidentally kill or seriously injure someone by experimenting on your own. Honestly a true Karate Master will have at least a basic knowlege on pressure points. Do yourself a favor and check out some schools that offer Kuntau Silat or some Tai Chi classes. no matter what you do research, learn, ask questions, and most of all ask yourself why do you want to know about things like this. If you only want to know how to hurt some one then learn to use the staff, or stick fighting or something else. If you start to dable in something like this for the wrong reasons you could end up in prison or dead.

There're so many pressure points on and around the human body, there are at least thirty on the face and head alone, pressure points are usually soft tissue areas on the body, even joint locks can be considered pressure points.

your most effective ones are directly in line with one another and only a few inches between them. the eyes, nose, throat abdomen (just beneath the ribcage below the sternum), the groin, knees, and also the feet/ankles.

but knowing how to properly utilize them is the true test

Eyes
Throat (lethal)
Testicles
Temple
Back of head (lethal)
Back of neck (lethal)
Below the solar plexus
Liver
Kidneys
ect.

Basically look up a Chinese acupuncture chart and hit any of the major chi centers, they correspond to major vital points on the human, the minor chi points are minor areas.

if you can manage to "frog" them on the inner part of their bicep. it hurts alot. you punch with your knuckles out.
also on the side of the lower neck. right above the shoulders. these are effective and not deadly. they also have some like pushing up on the nose with your palm that are more lethal and i suggest you not try.
