It just sounds like you have a fast metabolism. How old are you? If you're still under 25 or so I'd say this is perfectly normal.

If you want to gain weight, you're doing just right by eating many meals and snacking in between. Even though you're only slowly gaining weight, it's good. You don't want to rapidly gain weight as your body needs to get adjusted to the new changes. If you haven't already, add exercise into your daily habits. Strength trainings such as lifting weights and yoga, for example, will help give your body more muscles. Also, try adding many healthy food items such as nuts (which are high in calories) and other protein sources.

One possible explanation you might not gain weight could be that you have a high metabolism. Your body burns more calories faster than you can consume them. So by making sure that you eat a lot of whole grain, protein, and fruits and vegetables, as well as working out, you will slowly gain more muscles--hence, more pounds.

It sounds strange be do you exercise? If you toner your muscles you can improve your health and gain weight. Muscle weights more than fat. NOT the you are fat, your not in any stretch of the imagination. Just firm up everything and add some mass. Would not hurt to check with a Doctor to see if something is wrong. If not just enjoy being thin, losing weight is a really hard thing to do. So if your health and active, just enjoy. Eat balanced and exercise

You are slightly underweight but you may be in a growth spurt if you are young. Exercise may be what you need, it builds muscle which will add weight, you don't really want to add fat afterall. Try some weight lifting and add protein to your diet.

No - your weight is just fine. As you get older, the weight will increase without you even trying. Enjoy being thin at this point in your life for it will change.
