Some people have shiny hair so I assume that blad head shines because of the oil that is on the skin

well since there is no hair, the light that gets on their head just kinda.... bounces off and makes the shine

ppl like 2 keep their heads clean and it usually shines when it is under a light.

Because peoples heads produce oil, so people with hair can cover it up, but people w/o hair can't cover it up so their heads are just shiny.

yout head produces oil and when theres no hair the oil just like stays there so itlook shiny i think =]
