2 years of high school ROTC will allow you to enter as an E2.
3 years of it will allow you to enter as an E3.

Unless you just happen to get an overzealous recruiter only college ROTC counts for any type of rank in the military. College hours and ROTC can help bump up your entry rank -- generally high school means nothing except your diploma. JROTC classes just mean you already have a little better understanding of how things work. Generally seen as an elective and most recruiters will just ask for your diploma/ged and asvab scores unless you actually have college transcripts.

with jrotc(thats high school, dont worry, im in it in 9th grade i just call it rotc) doesnt depend on what rank you are but youll go in as an e-2 for most everything i believe. the only one that i could imagine e-3 is like army or navy/coastguard. marines you get e-2, af i think you get e-2. but when your di sees that youve done rotc at basic youll get a lot more responsibility like squad leader, or maybe guidon

I'm sure they will. Tell them you won't sign up unless you enter as an E-2. $100 says they will do it. They did it when I went in and I had no ROTC. I know how they do it, and it's not a problem for them. If they won't do it try talking to another recruiter in the office.

Depends on which branch of the military you enlisted in.

Marines - E-2
Air Force - E-1
Army - E-2
Navy - E-2
