You can call and ask her, it might be the easiest.
If you need to surprise her at her home, you will also need her ID card number and get into the police database.

You have her number, why not call her?
However, your question disturbs me. It gives me the impression that she doesn't want to be found and answer your call and yet you are stalking her.
