Two separate questions:
1. Can you enter the US on a holiday? - Yes as long as you have the appropriate visa.
2. You need to check with USCIS if you can enter with your criminal record.

He could prefer to coach to the u . s . Embassy in London for a visa. they are going to organize an interview and circulate via his conviction. because it develop into 10 years in the past and offering he hasnt been in from now on hardship then they might desire to furnish him a visa. If he attempts to circulate without affirming this then they are going to turn him away and he won't in any respect be waiting to go into the States as they are going to shop it on checklist. the u . s . have a visa waiver programme which means you fill in a sort on the plane and hand this in once you pass via immigration in the States. I even have booked various human beings to the States or perhaps however I even have counseled them of the above they have tried to get in with no visa and have been grew to become lower back whilst attempting to get via immigration in the States. I dont understand how they might verify yet whilst he gets caught then you definitely will waste your money as you wont be waiting to declare it lower back on coverage the two.
