ok this is all i did i went home at 7pm ,i shave my eyebrows cuz they were mess up,and i put wax from a candle on a control and my parents took my christmas money and my cell phone away and i cant go out anymore do u think they had the right to do that

They're your parents, and by the sounds of it you're under 18. They can punish you within the limits of the law (ie, not beating you with an electrical cord). That's what they did, so yes, they have the right to do that.

They can do what they want as long as they aren't physically harming you (like punching, etc.).
