When you get to your new home, try to keep her routine as close to usual as you possibly can. Feed her at the same times, go to bed at the same times, etc. Try not to let the stress of moving get to you -- if YOU are stressed, she will be too.

Keep her INDOORS for at least a month -- the longer the better. Then, if you must let her out, go with her and show her around a little bit. Make SURE she knows her name and will come when called -- at least sometimes!

Good luck.

You need to have a cat carrier approved for flight otherwise she won't be accepted on the plane. Not all pet carriers are accepted on a plane.

The soft carries are normally not airline approved in australia

Put her in a cat carrier for your trip.

When you get there, don't let her outside for a few weeks. She needs to know that your new home is hers as well.
