God does not die...because God is not human.

Ok..so why do you think Jesus is God?

Note: If Jesus is still alive, then that means he didnt die. But you say he did, for the sins of mankind anyway. Eventually, you believe he was dead a particular point in time. Hence, you believe God died...whats going on?!

another faulty thought: 'jesus died in human form'

I can easily deduct from this that since Jesus dying in human form does not equal God dying, then Jesus in human form, is not God.

What part of God is ALMIGHTY don't you understand? Who are you to limit anything that Our Father can do? Don't blame us because allah isn't able to do anything, along with his non-miracle producing prophet Mo.

God Bless.

True, God does not die.
He (or IT if you wish) is the Eternal One.
Jesus claims "if you have seen me, then you have seen the Father." It is in the Book. And people at the time are witnesses to Jesus' life. Jesus' cousin says Behold the Lamb of God. So i believe the witnesses.

Salvation is personal.
All of Humanity will answer to God.

If an Infinite God decides to show up in a Finite world, then how does he do such a thing? hmm. Maybe come as a human and show humanity the example of a perfect life. And having lived a perfect life, then God would sacrifice Himself so that His creation does not have to sacrifice themselves.
And then God would come back from the dead to show humanity that Death is not the final answer. Hmm.

Sounds like a love story to me.

Trinitarians do not literally believe that God died. They say 'God died' in the sense that Jesus Christ is truly God, and Jesus Christ died, but he died as a human being. That was the third ecumenical council that decided that this sort of language was appropriate for Christians because of the unity of the humanity of Christ with his divinity as God. Thus they call Mary the 'Mother of God' not because she produced divinity, but because she was the mother of Jesus, who is God.

Jesus was born a human. The human body died, just like us. How could Jesus die for us?

You are correct. I've always felt that Jesus coming back to life three days later kind of negated the whole "dying for your sins" thing.

No no no...

God was born when man thought him up..so god dies when man (humans) stop believing in him...

Jesus isn't dead, but you are. Accept Christ while you still can.
