Based on the Christian opening and being asked in the R&S topics, I don't believe that you are looking for the FBI's list of most crime ridden cities.
From my understanding of the scriptures, when Jesus said that the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one and when the wicked one showed Jesus all the governments of the earth and offered them to him, I am forced to believe that he included any and all cities in the category.
Which means, in my estimation, that all cities are equally wicked.
That does not imply or suggest that the inhabitants are.

Well, the biggest cities are not always the only wicked ones. For example, small cities like to spread gossip and that always leads to choas. I mean, why spread rumors when nobody believes them? That's hard for big cities to do, I mean, yah, you have the news but, the smallest rumors create the biggest problems and the news doesn't catch that.

According to one news report Cincinnati is 2nd and Cleveland is 1st.
I'm a Christian in Cincinnati and my heathen atheist brother is in Cleveland.
