1/ Average. To close to camera.
2/ Get rid of the glasses, or get a smaller pair. Good pose though.
3/ Forget it.
You are not ugly, or bad looking. In fact you are a pretty looking girl. Ask a friend who has a reasonable camera to take some pics of you. Maybe your parents know someone who will take some of you.

This is a photography board, and not a "beauty" board, so basically I will comment on your photos only from that point of view.
I think they are all snapshots. They are all out of focus, and the black and white one, the highlights are blown.
I noted some really unkind remarks. It is unfortunate, but a fact, that your question (and others like it) solicit more of these comments than positive ones.
Addendum
Asking strangers on the internet what they think of you solely on your looks shows a serious lack of self-esteem.
Furthermore, would you want people to only judge you based on your looks alone? What will happen when you turn.. 60? The beauty is from within. If people don't like you because you're not a Miss Universe, why would you want to waste time with them?

I'm with Kieren.. you need to smile.. it's a simple but wonderful thing.
I think anyone who wants pics to be rated is a bit self absorbed.. I really hope your not..
don't try to be posh spice with that pout rubbish or look like a tuff nut..
