I have had it for over a month and I cant seem to get rid of them. I have used the shampoo's at least 4 times. the gel that came with and around the house spray and washed all my clothes and sheets etc. in hot water, but nothing seems to work. Im going insane. I dont know what to do. Any ideas would be greatly appricated. Thank you very much!

How are you sure you still have an active case? Nits are hard to remove from the hair shaft. Empty egg casings are not evidence of persistent disease. Dandruff flakes are often mistaken for nits. Live lice are rarely found. Check it out with your doctor.
School nurses are by and large wonderful women. I think highly of them. But many of them tend to over-diagnose head lice. Sorry, but that is simply fact.

Well i had it to. Just wash your twice a day then the lice will go away in no time and remember to use that shampoo!!

You would do well to see your doctor. Something isn't working with the over the counter method or someone in your life is packing them and giving them to you.
