My brother has put a child-lock on our PS2, but we lost the code. Does anyone know how to disable the code?

child lock on PS2, code has been lost. Can anyone help?

you can change the password, which is actually pretty easy to do.

get to the screen where it asks for a password.

push [select]

enter code 7444

now, the password clears, and it asks you to make a new password. 0000 is recommended

usually u can unlock a code by clicking 0000. but if its a word thing i cant help u
