Sorry Snake, don't think Jimmy Hendrix will be there...I thought T-Bone was gonna perform...I haven't heard anything official yet on who is going to perform, I emailed my Uncle who is a Nascar Official, but then I forgot he is somewhere in Bahamas fishing.. I'm sure since its the 50th running of the Daytona 500 they will have someone good..Will I am, I hope you won't be cussing at the screen...maybe it will be a great pre race show.. I'm just looking forward to the green flag..

I havent heard anything yet on the performers but I did read that the US Air Force Thunderbirds will be doing the fly over before the race.

I will probably be cussin' @ the TV during prerace! lol...

Someone who loves Nascar, so they can appreciate the fact that they are there and do the sport some justice. Since this is a new title (no longer Nextel) there might be more of a celebration/party. I would love to see Toby Keith there, but I think that he probably wouldn't do it. I certainly can't wait.

Beach Boys perfomed a few years ago and they sucked...I'm guessing that since it's the 50th, it'll be someone good.

Any one will be better than Kelly Clarkson last year. She was horrible. And more than likely, very cold.
