I have a red leather sofa and will be painting the walls a pale gold, what color drapes shoudl I buy?

If you love the red couch paint 3 walls in a neutral taupe with a red accent wall. Paint the ceiling taupe that is 2 or 3 shades lighter than the walls. Paint your trim crisp white. Bring in blacks, golds, soft greens with your accessories.

I'd go red to match the sofa or a red/gray pattern to tie the sofa and carpet together.

Either red/gold print, or ivory/gold. I think red/gray would be a bit dark.

Because of the walls and couch colours, I'd go with a colour that's Autumn-y. Different shades of reds and gold would be nice.
