Honestly, the first thing I notice about a girl is her overall appearence, it's not just one thing or specific bodypart. I would be lying if I said i didn't like ceartin things (I like a lady with a nice round bum). Truthfully though I see a lady first then I start to notice the wonderful and somtimes subtle particulars of her feminine form, Oh, and I also love looking into a girl's eyes

This question is asked over and over and over again... I wonder if anyone truly cares what we type as it just keeps getting asked.
You have to understand that all guys are different, just as all females are.
Myself personally I don't neccesarily look at women's breasts first as I'm not much of a boob guy, but to be honest... girls often wear clothes to accent their breasts and cleavage so they are hard to miss.
I focus mostly on the girl's hair and eyes. If she has a cool or unique hairstyle I'll look twice definitely and eyeliner just seems to bring out a pretty pair of eyes.

it honestly depnds on what i see first. from the front its like wow she's pretty. then you work your way down. and then check out the reverse as she walks by.
if walking behind her, that should be obvious. like if you hear a woman walking down the hall in heels. hear the sound getting close. when she rounds the corner i'm looking at the feet (basicly following the sound) then i work my way up.

I look at her eyes, her smile, and then her breasts. I like all sizes, but small breasts are best in my opinion. A happy face can make a plain gal look beautiful.
