Oxford Managment (out of New York) keeps calling me for a debt that is not mine, but they have my address and phone number. I have sent a certified letter telling them not to contact me, but they still call, even after talking to a supervisor.

Do I have any recourse?

first, inform them that they are not to call again, that they are to contact you in writing with a detailed explanation of the debt. you then have 30 days to respond, in writing. keep all copies of everything they send you and you send them. Also, check with the district attorneys office of your city to find out if you have legal recourse against them. and block their phone number so they can't call you anymore/
