I'm a 6'6" attorney and I always feel inclined to do adventurous things that on the surface seem to have a serious risk of bodily injury (e.g. ice climbing, drag racing, etc.) but are not really that risky. Additionally, I love speculating and taking what people might call financial risks. Is that a turn off for women? or do they not care?

I love tall guys! oh god! i love them crazy cuz so am i, im very mischevious and adventurous, i love to do things to make people think wtf? lol, i love rock climbing and strange sports and i love athletic guys, my bf is very crayyzee and wild and i dont think i can love any1 more than i love him cuz hes so funny being crayzee and energetic and all i sooo dont want a boring bf.... whos stuck up. The taller the guy the hotter he is.
Tho i must admit iv'e never dated sum1 whos 6'6..i should try sometime. lol *wink wink* get a clue? lol

Well, it definetley depends on the woman. Some women "dig" adventurous guys that take chances and have a good time. That is to say a turn on for many women because it shows that there is still a bit of fun around and that the women can experience a fun-filled relationship and not too much seriousness. On the other hand, some women prefer guys that are committed and not too risky, because you have to think about the future and financial risks won't always be in your favor.

Personally, I like tall men. My boyfriend is 6'5" and he likes similar stuff. I think that if someone is safe, then there is nothing wrong with it. Jumping off a roof just for fun is plain silly and unsafe. With other things, you have things to help you be as safe as possible. Drag racing on a street, that is not something I would like. On a race track, is more palatable.
As far as financial risks, people do it all the time. I think that if you have a nest egg and decide to risk part of it, that may be ok. If you do it with all your money, that is not as safe. There are women I am sure who would say risk it all. Me, I grew up poor and am a bit more on the other side. I know how hard it is not to have money to even buy food. As I grew up, I bought things for others and got myself into debt. I finally paid that debt off and I wouldn't risk my total income.

They don't care while they're dating you but once you get married and have a family they will care a great deal. When you're in a permanent relationship you have to think about your family not just yourself. You may want to do risky things now but as you mature they probably won't be so appealing.
About being 'freakishly' tall, I come from a tall family I don't consider 6'6 all that tall. My son is 13 and is 6'1. Over 7' is freakishly tall.

I don't know about other women; however, I think that height is part of the beauty of a person. I never dated a guy who was under 6 feet and feel just great with men who are all the way up to 7. I'm 5'7'' and wish I were taller. I think out there that there are plenty of tall, beautiful gals who will find you a turn-on.

It would turn me on if you take calculated risk where the benefits are in ur favour ie if u make a financial risk and u make a fortune, I'd respect u. Otherwise, I'd think ur foolish especially if u make a loss where the odds were totally against u.

you sound like alot of other guys. and 6'6'' is not freakishly tall- my dad is the same height, my brother is almost that, in fact most guys i know are above 6'. i wouldn't worry too much about what girls think because there are more dating factors than your height and ability to take risks.

you are not freakishly tall. you are attractively tall. and adventurous things are fun to do. i can't stand scaredy cats myself. financial risk takers are the ones that turn out rich. so there. that should set them straight. LOL

Dude thats hot. But if you get serious with a girl and have a family etc. then you may have to tone down that style of living.
