Roxy says,

"Be sure that your media is clean, unused, and the recommended media from your burners manufacturer. Try a different brand, preferably a name brand, if you continue to have problems. Also, check your burner or computers manual to see what brand and type of media is recommended for the burner. Most companies have specific disk types which are most compatible with their hardware."

I copied and pasted this off of the "Ask Roxy" page after entering the question, "Roxio does not recognize disks".

Now, I am very peeved with Roxio products. This product is one of the least supported I have ever used. I am unable to locate any viable assistance whenever I have an issue.

The only method of finding any real help is by clicking on Help within one of the applications and using the web help. Even then the "help" is more about tasks such as building an image disk, or a back up, than any actual help for errors.

I am sorry to not be able to be of more assistance. I wish you much success in having Roxio recognize disks.
