My family call me Eli which i like but i already have 2 girls in my close friends group that call themselves that so what nickname could i get people to call me? Or is Elisa ok? Credo che Elisa è un nome molto bello,ma se gli altri nn riescono a pronunciarlo forse dovresti lasciare che ti chiamino Lisa.Ciao!

Smile. A friend of mine who's name happen to be Elisa as well, had had many problems with people in her life calling her by all kinds of names. So, now she calls herself Lee. It is not an unusual name in English speaking countries, however it sounds common enough for people to remember to use it without any problems.

What is your middle name? SORRY I am somewhat dis-functional today. With your Italian background I would consider the nickname "Bella". For those that do not speak Italian, bella translates to pretty. I have a family member with the nick name Bella, everyone loves it.

You can use "Lis" but pronounced like "lease" or maybe Lila? or Sassy? or Liz... I think those are good.
