I believe that parasitic worms have hearts and logically they would also have heartbeats. I don't believe that amoeba have hearts. There's no one answer to your question. Specify a parasite and narrow it down or do your own research.

Most microscopic organisms don't have hearts and circulatory systems, so "no" they don't have heartbeats. They have life, but their respiration takes place through their cell wall rather than a circulatory system.

If you are talking insects the answer is no because insects are too small to need a heart.

If you are talking dead-beat relatives who are always mooching from kind-hearted kin, I am afraid the answer is yes.

no, cos they dont have hearts....they have no need for a circulatory system, you don't need to narrow it down, cos in the scientific sense no parasite has a heart
