Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.....while it is heating lightly brush the breaded shrimp with oil--a pastry brush is perfect for this. When all shrimp are coated, put them in the oven on a cookie/baking sheet-if you don't have a convection oven you may want to flip them once during cooking...or the bottom side will be lighter than the top sides. The oil will give you the crisp coating but you wont get as much fat as you would from deep frying. Shrimp should be done when the coating is medium brown- or break one and if it is translucent cook longer

I would bake at 450 for about 10 to 12 minutes if they are thawed, until heated through. Then put them under the broiler. This will make them more crispy than baking alone. But watch carefully. They can burn quickly in the broiler!

Yes, throw them on a foil lined pan and put the oven on 425. Bake for about 10-12 minutes and they should be yummy!

Yes, same as other frozen foods like breaded fish and fries. Makes it much easier to cook. Set oven high, over 400. 450 works well.

Sure you can - just quick spray a shallow pan like a cookie sheet with cooking spray and cook for 15-20 minutes at 350 (flip about 1/2 way through for even browning).
