I have a sick kitty, he's currently being treated but he's just started on treatment. Anyways, he uses the cat food bowl as his catbox (his sister kitten and another adult cat both eat the food and use the litterbox like normal). He also doesn't eat drink on his own (I feed/water him via eye dropper). Any suggestions? I caught him digging in the food so I tossed him into the catbox and he used it instead, so it's probably an easy fix. I think he may have a bad sense of smell due to his sickness (respitory).

You may want to segregate him when you aren't around to watch him.

Hope he feels better soon!

Just keep an eye on him, and when he starts to go in the food, walk him over and show him the litter box he needs to recognize that it is the proper place. Hope the little guy feels better soon.
